FUN Vietnam cooking class in Da Nang [kid friendly]

Banh xeo fritters. Spring rolls. Beef noodle soup. Mango salad. Even ice cream! During our second visit to Da Nang, a Vietnam cooking class taught us to make our fave dishes.

Why is a cooking class a good idea when visiting Vietnam?

Da Nang also has its own convenient international airport, an array of accommodation (including affordable beachfront rooms and apartments), and a wonderful promenade that parallels the beach. When you’re here, you can enjoy an array of delicious food, from pizza to South Asian cuisine. You could also often find us pretty much anywhere that was serving up fresh mango smoothies!

Vietnam’s food is as fresh and vibrant as its culture. In the beachside area of Da Nang, cooking classes abound.

Most are a short Grab ride away from your accommodation in areas such as My An Beach, where we stayed.

Cooking and enjoying Vietnamese food is for anyone. And no, the food doesn’t have to be spicy either (but you can make it as spicy as you want)!

Our multi-generational class included older adults from Australia who’ve traveled to 55 countries, down to our own 13-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter.

Join us for an evening full of laughter, culinary learning, and enjoying some of the most delightful dishes on menus throughout Da Nang.
